ELXR Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If ELXR isn’t for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery under the following terms.
Unopened Products
Return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original, unused condition. Refunds cover the product cost only; shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Opened Products
Return opened items within 14 days of delivery for a 50% refund, as long as less than ⅓ of the product has been used. Refunds cover the product cost only; shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exceptions & Special Cases
We’re unable to accept returns after 14 days from delivery.
